"We had a wonderful stay here when we were visiting Guedelon Castle (it’s only half an hour away). A very welcoming host, and a beautiful building and location. Some lovely restaurants in the town just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."

"Staying at this beautiful inn was one of the nicest experience we've had in France. The inn is gorgeous, beautifully kept, comfortable, and within walking distance to everything in the village. Our hosts prepared an incredibly delicious breakfast both mornings. Lovely, lovely couple. We would definitely recommend staying here while visiting the Sancerre region."

"We loved the property. Although it’s old in a goed way, it was also very clean. We loved the outdoor areas too. You do have to drive a bit to buy your bread but it’s worth it. Details we loved: there was a bottle of good white wine offered to us, if we had a question, like “where can we buy some good wine”, we got their personal list of vineyards and when we ware all admiring the water wheel, the owner took the effort of removing the top cover so we could enjoy the wheel turning. Lovely people! Also, there was firewood waiting in the fireplace, ready to go and there was charcoal available for the bbq. We hope to visit again."
