「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Resort. Our room and view were amazing. The staff members were top tier, so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were brilliant esp Zen. We looked forward to breakfast overlooking the beach every morning. Can hardly wait to return. 」

「The coolest part about the penthouse is the view and waking up to the sounds of the waves. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, was interesting. You can hear the noise from the corner bar which didn't bother me. I actually thought it was great because the rooms were so peaceful but there's so much happening downstairs that if you wanted to, you can go and grab a beer and watch a soccer game with some locals.
