「The hotel has no front desk, which would not be a problem normally. However, our digital keys stopped working during our stay and our room was missing toilet paper. We ended up having to walk twice to a partner hotel nearby to get a new key and toilet paper. On a another note however, the hotel is located nearby the city center.」
