"Nice rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant staff really helpful. Postcode took us somewhere miles away up a mountain. Communication was in German and sent pre-arrival emails that were really important because there's not 24/7 staff at the hotel."

"The hotel is in a good location, clean and well maintained throughout although the rooms could do with some modernising. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."
