「O portão do hotel estava fechado e trancado, e tive de pedir alguém na rua para telefonar para o hotel e eles abrirem o portão principal, depois de 15 minutos de espera do lado de fora... O hotel é muito familiar, muito barulho da família no lado do restaurante. O quarto é desconfortável, pois é mínimo, mal dava para circular direito. Pouco espaço para guardar a bagagem, com móveis velhos. O chuveiro é bom, embora o banheiro seja também pequeno.」

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」

「Beautiful area and country, can only imagine how much more incredible it would be during the snow seasons. The apartment was huge, cozy and had great amenities. Check in slightly confusing with how seperate the main reception is but easily solved. Would highly recommend this apartment and Andorra as a country. Thanks!」

「Location was great right in the centre and a 3/4 min walk to the main lifts. The room was as expected functional. Shower was great super powerful with a good bath. A few issues though, no fridge in the room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was ok, staff great but not enough of them. One day there was no cutlery, cups or glasses! The bar whilst connected to the hotel was shut very early on NYE and didn’t open NYD, as all shops were also shut getting any sort of drink for the room...

「Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and...
