"For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."

"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"It's a capsule hotel. Surprisingly not claustrophobic. Clean and mostly comfortable. Wasn't too crowded when we were there (we got two pods). Everything was clean and easy. Worked great as a last night before flying out in the morning. Very convenient to get to Haneda airport - Yamanote line to the monorail"

"It was hot in the capsule, if I had the shade drawn enough for any privacy; fortunately I'd anticipated that and bought a (USB-powered) fan at the Picasso near Otsuka station. The staff was lovely, as usual. One of them spoke quite a bit of English, so check-in was particularly easy this time. As with prior stays at this hotel, I was able to plug my Switch into the tv in the capsule and game away my down-time. All in all, a fine place to stay, assuming you're looking for a capsule hotel."

"I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but...

"The location is great. There are many restaurants, so it's really convenient. It's not to far from Shimbashi station and there are Tokyo metro, Toei line, and JR line. The bunk bed also has TV and small shelf. The bed is quite large, so I can put all my clothes on the bed and still have space to sleep. "
