「The place was percect for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub sitting on the deck watching seemed like the same doe graze the yard. Enjoyed sitting by the lake watching the ducks. We checked out several places which were great. Only thin I'd change if possible would be an earlier check-in but, cleaning can take aome time. Wonderful host that offered games, movies, kayaks, playset, lovely garden trail, and everything you need for smores.」

「Beautiful property, quiet, and very spacious. This property had everything we were looking for in a getaway. My family enjoyed our time together here. We did have a power outage and I let Tony know as soon as the power went out. He was quick to respond and even gave updates. Loved the communication from Tony throughout our whole experience. Definitely would stay here again and at another one of his properties.」

「Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. EXCELLENT service, selection, food was amazing and entertainment was spot on for what we were looking for. Location nearby...

「Our stay was outstanding. The accommodations were perfect for a weekend couple get-away in the woods. Our unit was clean and very well furnished and decorated. The surrounding property was spectacular. We had the pleasure to meet the really nice hosts, and even got to tour the other rentals on the property. We will definitely be returning in a future visit to Berkely Springs. Fun little town. Take a hot mineral bath at the Spa just like George Washington.」

「The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!」

「The location cannot be beat—lakefront, quiet neighborhood with sandy entrance to the lake. Our kids and dog loved the easy lake access, and we rebted and launched kayaks from the Acquatic Center.
