"This place is amazing, looks just as the photos described. Super clean and lovely place, the staff was also friendly. Only downside is that they don't allow tattoos on the public baths, which isn't uncommon, but it wasn't stated on the description which made me think they weren't a problem. Other than that, the place was perfect."

"Very stunning view of Mount Fuji. Feels like you are at the base of the mountain looking up . Food was very delicious for the breakfast and dinner and Onsen was very private . You are greeted by a can of pesticide, must walk up a staircase that is clearly a hazard, suffer a bath that doesn't work, and a refrigerator full of used condiments.
