「We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. 「Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. 」

「We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. 「A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location.」

「The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.」
