"The hotel was very good very clean and suitably situated for our weekend. Breakfast was excellent! The only bad point was that the swimming pool was closed all weekend and on the hottest weekend of the year and with 2 children it was a major issue! We would’ve stayed at a different hotel with a pool if we knew, the hotel should’ve emailed me before we got there to say but nothing was mentioned until I’d paid for our stay!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. "Good place to stay if you want to be central. Parking is in the main car park underneath the shopping mall. Check in was easy and quick. The only minor issue is breakfast. Not enough tables and the quality of food wasn't great. Some residents had nowhere to sit anf i think you could split some of the tables for four into two's so that more couples can sit separately. Fantastic Staff and beautiful hotel
"Absolutely loved the hotel. Had a loto hiccup with the room but the hotel did a great job remedying the issue and all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and I have stayed at a ton of hotels and the staff at the Grand were probably some of the best I have encountered."
