Booked a room with queen size bed. The bed in the room was extremely small. It was nit a queen size bed. Tried to get a different room with a bigger bed. Wasn't able to change rooms. Woman that checked us in was rude as well. Would not stay again or recommend. Very disappointing.

Seemed over priced for a pretty basic room. Clean with an ok breakfast buffet. Not particularly convenient to train or coach stations (they are walkable). Same for QE II cruise terminal, also walkable but not convenient.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, lots on offer and fresh ingredients. Convenient for the town and local amenities. Room was well equipped and we slept well. Also, parking was great as the car park was larger than we thought and could leave our car until 5pm the following day from our book in. Thanks.

This is a grrat property to stay at if you are going on a cruise. Walking distance from the port depending on which one your ship is at. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great.
