良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
はじめて利用しましたが、とても良いホテルでした。Singapore のホテル代も高騰していますが、ここは比較的Reasonableで、値段にふさわしい満足度を与えてくれます。China townに近く、周辺を歩いても楽しいです。交通の便は、地下鉄の駅に比較的距離があるので、良いとは言えませんが、タクシーを使えば市内あちこちに行き易い場所となります。 室内は清潔、周辺が静かなので就寝にも良い環境です。 ホテルの朝食も(値段はしますが)満足のいくものでした。海外からのBusiness客、観光客が多いようです。

Firstly, the staff at this place are second to none. Ali is a gentleman and his staff are also gentlemen. Amazing service like no other. All the staff are incredible. Secondly, never seen a cleaner hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding. The staff are so helpful with recommendations for activities and so friendly and do it out of the goodness in their hearts. Also, Sietze Hoefnagel is incredible at his job and also an incredible person. He truly helped my wife and I plan the remainder of our honeymoon even beyond staying in Singapore. Great great great hotel and great great great staff.! We will be back!

The property was OK but let down by its staff. The highlight of this property is the pool. I booked a Duxton "View" King Room but when I checked in and realised that instead of the view in pictures advertised I was facing another building across the street. I contacted reception and they informed me that the rooms with such view were fully booked for the night and that it would depend on availability the next day. No solution was offered and staff didn't follow the next day. Same goes for housekeeping. I called to get a flat sheet which was in itself not as straightforward as one would imagine and had to make the bed myself to find the flat sheet gone the next day and having to go through this process again. Definitely left a sour experience, especially for this price.

Very clean and comfortable room which offers everything you need for a citytrip. 10min walk to the next Metro station. Staff was nice, but not very courteous. You get what you ask for. The surrounding of the hotel (bar and club) inside are a little bit „special“ but we didn’t really care about.

We stayed at the Mondrian only 1 night, 2 days but had a wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was immaculate with excellent facilities. Try out the roof pool for a little downtime, book a cabanna for extra comfort. Location is also great, 20 to 25 mins taxi to the airport snd 10 to 15 mins from the Gardens by the Bay. If we fly through Singapore again, we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Stunning building with so much attention to detail. Rooms are on the small side (but that’s expected of Singapore), but our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great mattress and bedding, chic design features, beautiful bathroom, amazing views of the city. In the middle of Chinatown, minutes walk from countless restaurants and Maxwell Hawker Center. Josiah was so welcoming and incredibly helpful, he made us very comfortable and gave us some great recommendations. Highly recommend for a chic city getaway.

The hotel charged $400 into my bank account for deposit but didn't release it after I check out. I called the hotel and they said the money should be refund after 10-14 days. But I never got my money back.

Our stay at Mondrian Singapore was superb. The brandnew hotel is very centrally and conveniently located between old shophouses in a lovely neighbourhood. Very clean and modern, beautifully decorated room, which are on the small side. Rooftop with a pool and amazing views of the Singapore skyline. Would definitely stay there again.

5 star stay at a great price in a great area
Amazing stay!! I used to live in this area, there are amazing restaurants, cafes, local and western food nearby, and I wanted to stay nearby so I can visit friends. I landed from a red eye flight and asked for early check in and they were able to arrange and Andrea who checked me in was very professional and I even got a free room upgrade to a higher floor. The room was super chic without being tacky, I love that they use refill dispensers. Everyone including the bellboy were eager to assist. On friday eve, My friends and I tried both Christina’s (food, service, cocktails amazing) and Botte di carna (sp?) (pasta was great and super hip spot for people watching but everything else was average). I will 100% be staying here next time I come back.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and the area is beautiful. But the communication to the hotel is terrible. Who wants to download their App to the phone and scan the passports in for a short stay? They'd keep haggling you until you do. The directions to the shuttle service is absolute terrible to No-help whatsoever.

vanity sink was leaking and requested a repair. front desk staff was helpful and did a followup, however, upon return in the evening, the acclaimed fix didn't resolve the problem as the leak persists. serious water test is expected instead of having front desk staff to affirm that the problem was resolved.
