"Great location to MRT, main tourist shopping places and people's park. Staff are friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean but it is slightly outdated. It is valued for money given the location. Food price in CBD does cost a lot more than the suburb but it is beautiful at night for a stroll to the Bund."

"Abit upset that did not get the bund view/an unblock view as requested. The standard of answer given was fully booked whereby my booking was 2 month ago too. Anyway like the area to be a quiet zone."

"In general was very pleasant the stay at the Bund area very close and convenient location… good service and also the restaurants inside the hotel ..good idea and variety.. Breakfast was amazing buffet not expensive.. the only issues we had was with a miss understanding about a laundry service…. We ended up paying like $200 US dollars for underwear cleaning…. After do much talking they didn’t satisfy us in tge issue at all … Besides that the rest was good .."
