"Hotel very easy to get to and from by airport by walking (5 mins) and well marked signage. A good way to break up long trip. Reception staff friendly and to the point (just the facts on checkin); restaurant and bar staff very helpful. Good buffet breakfast included in my stay."

"This resort has the most amazing views and is in the heart of Carvoeiro! The pool and dinning were wonderful, that staff were all very friendly and the resort was spotless. It was also an easy 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk to connect to the seven hanging valleys trail. Will definitely be back to this resort! "

"The hotel is in a good location, basic amenities but is clean, has quirky industrial decor and the staff are friendly. Tea/coffee is not provided in the room but is outside on the landing along with hot water tap. As a solo traveller, when I first arrived I thought I’d made a mistake as the hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from the nearest metro station (Cais do Sodre) due to a road closure where they are extending the metro line, and there’s not a lot going on in the area. However I never felt unsafe walking back, even late at night. Trains to Belem run from Santos which is 8-10 mins walk. The pool on the roof was an added bonus and great for relaxing after exploring the city."

"Love the comfort and the staff. I dealt with Juao Oliveira, the way he treated and solved any issues was amazing and I’m very grateful to him. The hotel was close to the airport and about 25 min away by metro to the center of the city. The area was safe, but mainly working class-probably was the only issue, but after a few days wasn’t a big deal since Uber is very cheap (10 euros max to anywhere you’ll need to go) the price of hotel is way cheaper than the center of Lisbon. I also enjoyed getting massages- cheaper than USA and good quality. (Eco-massages and I used Juao and Peter) I will surely visit again! The people and incredible weather made this trip amazing "
