"Very pleasant staff. We rented three rooms, which at first glance had a cool anesthetic/theatrical feel (silver super graphics on the walks and a fun/quirky decor). But the closer you looked the more problems there were - some more problematic than others. A few examples include missing bathroom doors, broken off and missing soap dispensers at the sink, Q-tip from previous occupant on the floor. "Lovely old house now run as a family business hotel. Great location if you don't mind a short walk into Sintra. Free parking is a bonus as driving and parking in Sintra can be a nightmare. Super friendly staff and fabulous buffet breakfast. Room comfortable but no glasses for drinking water. For the price it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a bottle of drinking water. That said, we loved it and would come again."

"This resort has the most amazing views and is in the heart of Carvoeiro! The pool and dinning were wonderful, that staff were all very friendly and the resort was spotless. It was also an easy 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk to connect to the seven hanging valleys trail. Will definitely be back to this resort! "
