The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed having a large communal space to gather with our friends who we were traveling with but would also recommend these rooms for anyone traveling with kids. "Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. "

The village was nice and peaceful in the evening, but there were a few bars and restaurants around to eat and drink in. Hotel was perfectly placed about 1 minute walk away from the ferry station, so easy to get around even without a car"
