"We recently stayed at Villa Lilia in Brienno, Lake Como. All reviews of the villa are totally correct! My wife and I were able to stay four wonderful nights. All the pictures in the listing at true and accurate. Lovely place with fabulous views looking across the lake at Nesso (from the bedroom balcony). Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"Will have to admit we almost passed up this little gem due to the fact it didn't list it had air conditioning in the room (stay was mid-Aug); hard to sleep if hot. The room did not have ac but the cool breeze off the lake was perfect! I am usually a mosquito attractant and will not sleep with the doors open but took the chance this time and had no issues. The view from this hotel is breathtaking and entertaining as the lake in front is a hot spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders. The owners...

"The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish. WiFi great! "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a nice bathroom, a big balcony facing the lake and the mountains. The view was peaceful, the lake was serene, and the common areas were tidy and pretty. Lecco was much less congested than Como, but if you wanted to go to Como, it was only a 35 minute drive with amazing views. I recommend this hotel. "
