"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. The only down side about the place was the beds are a little too hard. Other than that, the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed."

The property manager came to the hotel early and let me in. He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend this property more."
