"We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Gracery. We had a room with two beds. By Japanese standards it was ok as we found out when we stayed an another hotel with 2 beds. Don't expect to be able to open 2 pieces of carry on though without using the bed. Check in and check out were very easy. The Godzilla theme is quirky but a part of Japanese culture. The optional breakfast I would recommend for at least the first 2 days. The selection is good but might get monotonous. Try the breakfast and fast food options at the downstairs 7-11 or the many small restaurants in Shinjuku. They're all good. I'll be staying here again."

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "

"The hotel was very curtious in responding to our request. Breakfast was fantastic as it suited both the Western and Asian cuisine allowing us the choice to eat what we felt was suitable to start our day. Being close to the station but with soundproof windows made it sublime for comfort both in location and movement. With staff willing to help at every request, it was a wonderful stay."

"Wonderful property!! Would definitely stay here again. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main area, which was perfect since we didn’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. With a 7/11 downstairs, Family Mart, and Bakery a few steps away, it was perfect. The Nishishinjuku line is also nearby - about a 5 min walk. "
