"This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Kagoshima, Japan. It is super clean and had everything that we needed. It's close to the major train station, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed our time there."

"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend for this reason by itself. Found last occupants' food in the microwave.... otherwise property was ok. Beware, check in appears to be issue looking at previous reviews - avoid... "
