"Outstanding property in walking distance of all the Main Street restaurants"

"Stayed here twice--a couple years ago and recently (a couple weeks ago). Both times, was great. The two masters are great, and the kids enjoyed their own hideout--the loft area, which has twin bunk and a pull-out sofa, and TV. Very clean, and great communication with the owner from the instant I booked to the time I left. Feels more spacious than the photos, feels like a stand-alone home. A stone's throw from Tahoe Donner. Would definitely book here again!"

"The Mizpah Hotel is definitely an older Hotel. You can smell the mold, my allergies were bad every day we stayed & the water dripped constantly in the tub/ shower. They really don't have very many extra towels or blankets. There were 4 of us to the room & we had 2 towels in a 2 bed room. When we asked for 2 extra towels it seemed to be a hassle for the staff to get 2 more for us & we only got 1 extra towel. When we asked for an extra blanket, the front desk person was upset and said they'd go...
