"Bathroom clean...toilet a little loud"

"Our room was dated but it was comfortable and clean. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast, the food was ok but most of it was very processed. There wasn't even real butter, just a squeeze bottle of something questionable! The staff wasn't very friendly either and breakfast only went until 9am which was really short! I wish it had gone to at least 10am for a weekend. I would probably still stay here again though since the beds were comfortable."

"The beds were comfortable, but the room was old & rundown in appearance. We did not request housekeeping service, but they came into our room twice to service the room anyway & switched the TV from English to Spanish. They served the same breakfast every day. No pool was available, but they had a nice gym."

"This is an older hotel but they do a great job keeping it up. My 3 must haves is 1. A good bed. 2. A good shower. And 3. Quiet. And this definitely delivered. It’s so reasonable that I plan to stay here every time I come to Provo to work. "

"If you’re familiar with Reno, you might know that this motel is in, not the worst, but definitely not the best area. There are often transients and obvious people on drugs milling about. However, the motel seems fairly safe, the staff is nice, and the price is decent. My only gripe is that the lights are so bright at night that it looks like daylight! It was super difficult to sleep. "

"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"Everything about the room was good but the checkout point left a bit to be desired. When I checked in on May 8th I was told by that person that there would be someone to check out the room on May 9th in order to get my $150.00 deposit back. Well when I got to 10:00 p.m. Pacific time and ready to check out the front desk clerk was hesitant to check out my room. He said that housekeeping does that in the a.m. I said (conveying frustration) that I needed to check out so I could get on a Amtrak...

"The staff made our experience pleasurable in the parking lot the asphalt was in bad condition but enough parking for all. My husband and I will most definitely return to this hotel when we visit again "
