I’m not one to complain and I understand nobody is perfect. The staff is very nice and friendly. It’s just the AC did not work which happened at times. The process of getting a new room was when we were ignored. The tech said he called the front desk and someone would be right up to bring us to our new room. Nobody ever came to our room. I called the front desk and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, a representative picked up and to make a long story short they had no record of a staff member coming up to give us a key. We had to bring our luggage downstairs again to get another room waiting in line. It was a lengthy process that was a chaotic mess. Unfortunately, there have been other situations where the AC is not working and as a customer I feel like I’m the burden on the employees. After a while you get toa situation and just stay sone where else.
