You are greeted by a can of pesticide, must walk up a staircase that is clearly a hazard, suffer a bath that doesn't work, and a refrigerator full of used condiments. Don't worry, you will receive snarky emails from the owner telling you just how many towels you're allowed to use while you're there. "Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. "100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "
