キッチン,冷蔵庫,調理器具,お皿全て整い且つ毎日のハウスキーピングやホテルのルームサービスも完備。(部屋の暖房があるので不要ながらも)暖炉もある。4部屋(?)2階建ての各棟が独立しているユニークなホテル。チェックインカウンター隣のクレジットカードで使用できる洗濯機/乾燥機室があるのも非常に便利。

I thought the Wyndham name was trustworthy. I expected a clean room with a lockable door. I did not expect to find used soaps in the bathrooms. Ithoughttherewouldbeblankets on both beds and more than one pillow per bed. I was extremely disappointed.

The whole property needs to be kept up better. It was very dirty. Outside needs things fixed and painted. Definately the worse hotel we have ever stayed in.

Property has bed bugs and when I informed the staff that I found them in our room the lady very sarcastically said she was sorry and she would let management know so they can get it fixed but I feel like they already know that the rooms have bedbugs and they are still renting out the rooms

The light to the main entrance was burned out so it was pretty creepy. The whole place was just dingy and run down looking (nothing like the listing pictures). I checked out within a few minutes of checking in and seeing the area. It was really sketchy and just gave me a bad feeling, especially as a female traveling alone.

We did not stay. Area was unsafe. People live there and ran by homeless people. Broken down cars throughout the property. Mist units had doors open. It is not Hawthorne by Wyndham. It is owned by someone else using Hawthorne's pictures under false pretenses. No breakfast. We had to pay 3 times more to stay at Wyndham Garden. They confimed the above information.

Very my old and outdated. The heating unit did not work. The door was left open when I got there. I saw two people in the vicinity, watching me, and appeared to possibly be homeless. It was a little unnerving. The main door would barely close and latch, and the deadbolt did not work. I left for the front desk and canceled my stay.

All three Rooms had roaches, one room had Bullet holes in door and door had a single nail in the top lock which made me force the door open. No toiletries, No Trash cans in all 3 rooms. One room also had a hole in the floor which was covered by ductape. And no TV remotes in all 3 of my rooms. And none of them were vacuumed, had towels or wash clothes ect. I say three rooms because I got three rooms for me and my friends to spend my birthday weekend together. Horrible experience 10/10 would not recommend. Place needs to be condemned

Fridge had pool of filthy water at bottom, tub very slippery, no garbage containers, rugs were old and poorly (not?) vaccumed, one bedside table drawer had what looked like dead maggots in it, the other had black mold inside, kitchen stove burners, dirty and rusty, no soap or shampoo provided. Mirrors were not cleaned and had filthy film on them. No furniture (sofas or armchairs) in living room. Bedding, sheets and pillowcases not ironed (but clean). That was about the only plus, apart from the friendly staff.

Upon arriving, I was told that the breakfast that was on the website had been discontinued for months. There were police patrolling the property. The room smelled of smoke. The oven was disgusting. I was completely blown away by how terrible this place was. I received my money back and we went down the road to another Wyndham property. There, the front desk staff told me that the first property was notorious for housing locals with drug problems. Very sketchy property for sure.

It was the worst experience. We had to leave the hotel 20 minutes after arriving. There was drugs and dealers walking around. The room smelled like smoke, shower was dripping, it was extremely dirty, the bedding the couch, everything! It was extremely sketching. We even heard what might have been a gun shot. Horrible! I do not recommend. There was also blood stains on the floor. This was worse then ghetto! Holes in the walls. We were disgusted!

The property was advertised as having breakfast and being non-smoking. When I got to the desk she asked if I wanted to see the room before I checked in. Bless her heart and shame on whoever has that poor girl dealing with customers who had the same shock as I. The place only smelled like cigarettes. If I receive a refund, I can at least say they made it right, but I don’t have one yet. I’ll have to spend my time tomorrow trying to get it corrected.

It was disgusting. I took photos. Bedroom 1 Dirty bottom sheet, no top sheet, comforter covered in what appeared to be cigarettte ashes. King bed, 1 pillow. Terrible doesn’t even come close to describing this filthy place. I came for work and ordered a king suite (accessible and on the first floor) when I got there they didn’t have any??? They said o could switch rooms because the door wouldn’t open at first but why switch to another second story room? I have a weak sternum from several surgeries and had a lot to carry. A fall down 18 stairs could be detrimental. I tripped up them a few times though which was quite painful seeing that I was carrying boxes. I couldn’t take the financial hit of paying for another room so I slept in a chair I brought from home. I literally refused to touch ANYTHING I have NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A HOTEL SO DISGUSTING. Getting half of my money back was not enough I need a full refund

Site said there would be: cookware, drinkware, etc in kitchen; coffee pot; continental breakfast. None of those existed. First room the heat did not work and there was a hole in the floor covered with caution tape (2nd story). Second room the heat worked, but wouldn't shut off or turn down so it was about 80 degrees in there all night. Bathroom door scraped the floor to the point that it didn't want to open. The table smelled like it was cleaned with dirty bathroom mop water. Dishwasher was filthy and hubby said he thought there was a dead rat in it. Thankfully, nothing to wash since the "fully stocked" kitchen was empty, though. Will NOT ever be returning.

Reserved and paid online, showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. In hindsight, it was probably a blessing. This property was run down and I felt unsafe. The pictures online are NOT from this property. There was no breakfast offered and pets were not allowed, even though both of those were advertised online. Now, I need to work on getting my money back…..

Don't Stay Here
Hotels.com advertised it as pet friendly but they did not allow pets, unless you paid an extra $75. The suite for 6 only slept 4. We chose to go elsewhere.

What a Dump
First time and last time staying at hawthorn suites in fort Wayne Indiana. Room had no garbage can plus there were ants, mouse traps,old stain furniture. I can't believe they stay in business. What a dump. I couldn't sleep here because of the odd smell

This place is disgusting. Should be condemned. There's cockroaches BAD. Should not be opened! Haven't gotten refund yet either!

Do NOT book
This place was an absolute nightmare. There was trash outside of the room, the fireplace looked like it hadn't been used in forever, the room looked in full disrepair, and it was freezing cold upon entry. The room smelled of heavy disinfectant, there was a light on only one of the nightstands, and the place felt generally unwelcoming. There was a sign at the front desk that stated toilet paper needed to be purchased by the roll, and once you were in the room for 15 minutes, there would be no refund. We left within 5 minutes tops, were told there would be a refund, and I am still waiting for that refund.

Very nasty. No garbage can in the room. Roaches were in the kitchen. The desk person was friendly when I arrived. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I didn't complain. I gave them the key and checked out.

Wet towels, dirty pillowcases (and the cleaning crew had just left). Total disrepair. Had to stay somewhere else for the night. Found out later that this property is known for it's drug activity.

Avoid this hotel.
This hotel was disgusting. The room was filthy the bathroom had visible mold all over the place, the floor was sticky and missing flooring, the room smelled terrible..... they had a car air freshener shoved in the vent. The dead bolt was missing from the door which they covered with duct tape. This room had 2 Queen beds with 4 pillows of which 3 had pillows with no pillowcases and the only pillow with a Pillowcase had a tear in it. I ended up not staying at the hotel, the manager was unwilling at first to give me a refund. It was only after i showed her i had taken pictures did she issue a refund.

People great - room terrible
Staff was nice, but the room was dirty. Bathroom mirror was very dirty. Refrigerator maid a very loud cracking noise about every hour. Dishwashing machine had standing grey water with floating black mold and smelled rancid!!
