"Very nice and great value "

"I came for a bit of skiing and had a lovely visit. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette is great. I only wish I had stayed longer so I could have used it. There isn’t a proper grocery store in Jozankei, so it would be best to get groceries in Sapporo before heading up to Jozankei. The Onsen was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent, and checkin was easy and seamless. My only critique is with the hearing system. There were lots of warnings about not...

"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "
