「The King Room was big with a living room area and both fridge and microwave. Convenient for us as we were displaced from our home overnight. VERY clean. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Thermostat was on the fritz - we went from hot to freezing in a "3 degree" difference and there was no way we should have been freezing setting at 72 from 81. The girl at the front desk: I called to double-check that my ESA dog was okay. She kept talking over me and never called me back like she said she...

「You just can’t beat the hotel’s location to all things Newport. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last four years and was here this time to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The food is always good. The lobby and seasonal rooftop bar areas are a nice touch. The rooms are always clean, but for the price you pay to stay, some are worn and not really functional.」

「On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking. Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating.」
