「駅の目の前の立地で、すごく近いのでとても便利だった。エレベーターが沢山あった。ロビーにはソファーが沢山あってお洒落な内装で、待ち時間を過ごせた。 ホテルの近くに有名なスフォッリャテッラのお店と美味しいレストランがあった。 朝食が他のホテルより美味しくて豪華だった。 3人で泊まったのに部屋にカップとグラスが2つしかなくて、受付にもらいに行ったらここにはないからレストランに行けと言われ、レストランに行ったらバーに行けと言われ、バーに行ったら結局レストランに一緒に取りに行くことになり、たらい回しにされ、対応が失礼だなと思った。 夜速やかにレストランを予約してくれて助かったのだが、予定が変わってキャンセルして欲しいと言ったが、承諾してくれたもののレストランに電話してなさそうなのが気になった。 大変便利で広くて快適な滞在が出来たのでまた泊まりたい。」

「まず、建築が素晴らしい。随所のディティールに感動。バルコニーも気持ちが良い。 駅からホテルまで歩いたはかなり疲れる(ただしタクシーは1m20€と言われる…)送迎があったのか、、事前に確認しておけば良かった。 帰りは中心部までのシャトルバスにのせてもらった。 疲れたゆえにホテルのレストランで夕ご飯を食べたが、とても素敵なコースだった。味にも見た目にも楽しいコースで、スタッフは皆さん丁寧。日本人には量が多いので3,4品のコースで十分かと。」

「お風呂の栓を開けるコックの反応が悪かった。 ドライヤーは長く使うと、持つ所が熱くなる。 それ以外はサービスも良く、とても素晴らしいホテルです。また泊まりたい。」

「My brother and I came by ferry to Maiori to hike. This hotel was conveniently located near the ferry station, the trailheads, and restaurants. 」

「What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. There was somebody at the desk, all the time and they were always very friendly and I found a fabulous little restaurant that I ate at 2 out of my 3 nights probably 30 feet from the front entrance to the building. 「great staffs!ジュニアスイートからの眺めは抜群です。車椅子の家族でしたが、ホテル前の道は舗装されており、車椅子での散歩も楽しめました。勤続14年というコンシージェの方にお勧めいただいたトラッテリアのDoraの海鮮イタリアンも秀逸でした。ホテルからタクシーで片道11ユーロほどかかりますが行く価値あり。英語メニューあります。私たち以外は全員イタリアン人。ホテルスタッフは朝食会場のスタッフ、ドアマン、ベルスタッフ、清掃の方達は皆対応良し、フロントは一部無愛想な人もいますが、まあ許容範囲です。日曜は周囲の店は閉まりますが、徒歩5分のスーパーは空いていました。」

「断崖絶壁の上にありながら、快適な空間を演出している。むしろ、その不便さを生かしたアイデアがある、また来たいホテルが増えた！」

「Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return.」
