「Context: reservation due the location and price. Arrived: different conditions, more expensive (less discount), the room wasn’t ready, etc. Solution: we had to pay more. We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. Summarizing, please be sure that your booked hotel is exactly with the conditions offered and please check the comments to avoid stress 」
