"Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. "Hotel's staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Our 3 bedroom residence was perfect & the location of hotel was perfect for our golf trip as there were lots of courses close by. The awesome beach view was relaxing after a hot day on the golf course. The poolside restaurant had delicious food & attentive staff. We're already planning our return trip & staying at the Hyatt again."
