"Our concert date changed abruptly but the staff accommodated us quickly and without penalty which we greatly appreciated. Such a convenient location to American Airlines Center. Hotel was recently updated and looks great. There are still signs of the hotels age, leaky faucets. But overall it was a great stay and would book again if we are in the area, great price. Parking was a great price too. "

"Hotel Zaza is the perfect location for visiting the marvelous museums nearby. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, great restaurant and bar with nightly promotions, beautiful spacious rooms, morning coffee/tea service on every floor. And a free car service within a 3-mile radius, so easy to access other great museums, restaurants and attractions in the near vicinity. Highly recommend!"
