「中心街からバスで１０分ほどかかるが便数が多く問題なし。黒海のそばにあり散策に良い。室内は清潔感があり快適だった。朝食も品数があり楽しめた。スタッフの質はイマイチだった。 」

「Nous avons loué au "Dolce Vita". Nous sommes arrivé et seul le dolce Vita 2 était renseigné . Pas de bureau réception. seul un garde dans une " cahutte" qui comprend très peu l'Anglais et qui dit ne pas connaitre . Nous demandons à un 2ème garde : non plus : cherchons 30-40 minutes pour enfin trouver un 3ème garde qui nous ramène vers le premier qui nous donnes les clefs et les papiers. à déplorer aussi : pas de produits simples style sel-poivre-éponge-savon-savon vsl stipulé nettoyage 2X...

「Overall it was nice, the hotel is situated amoung great trees pretty far from the sea but there is a shuttle bus provided.」

And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. 「Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!」

「Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.」

「Perfect holiday spot! Professional and helpful staff looking after guest with care. Close to the old town of Nessebar, beach and beach clubs - Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach. Brekkie was ok but could be more diverse for longer stays and more fruits would be nice. Overall great stay :)」

「プールやジムなどの設備もあり、部屋も広め。チェックアウトが早朝だったため、頼んだらサウンドウィッチなどもたせてくれた。排水に難があり、水回りの音が気になるし、ミニバーがなかったりしたけれどスタッフは親切でした。市内断水のときは、ちゃんとバスタブに水をはっておいてくれた。シティセンターには歩くと時間はかかる立地。」
