「We were there for a junior golf tournament and the location was perfect. We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right.」

「We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.」

「Great house in Sea Pines, 7 - 10 minute walk to the lighthouse when you use the path behind Sea Pines shopping center. This house is in a quite neighborhood and it appears some of the neighbors are year round residents while other properties are rentals. I do wish one of the beds in the second bedroom was a true queen. The beds in bedroom 2 are a bit tight for two grown adults who are in good shape. Otherwise, this property is a great place to stay with plenty of space in the kitchen/great room...

「The apartment is exactly as described, it is located in a quiet complex, almost directly by the sea. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything smelled fresh and good and the communication was great. However, I only found out after booking that the pool was closed. The nearby Tower Beach Club doesn't allow tourists in, only members and residents. That was very annoying.」

「This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.」

「Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! Sadly the place is rented for next year during the same week. We will be back and highly recommend a visit to 3 Belted Kingfisher! Thx!」

「This home was beautiful, and was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site! The home is extremely clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our vacation. We felt extremely comfortable and at-home. The clubhouse/swimming pool area was perfect for us when we were not at the beach! The property management staff was excellent and answer any questions that we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Hilton Head!」

「This house was perfect for young families. Our children and there families stayed in the 3 ground level bedrooms and my wife and I on the upper level where the kitchen, family room and dining room were located. The view from the second level deck was excellent. The heated pool was great for the grandchildren, many hours were spent at the pool and on the beach.」
