No problem for us but could be for people having difficulty with steps, especially if you have a heavy suitcase. Well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful lagoon, just steps from the beach.」

「This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

「As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place.」

「Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. 「We had a great time. The beach and pool are a short walk, probably 300-400 feet. Convenient to lots of great restaurants. Perfect for just the two of us」

「Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future. 」

「The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.」
