"We loved our stay at Hyatt recency Hakone. The staff members are very nice, patient, polite, helpful, and very thoughtful. The free shuttle service between the hotel and Odawara, Sounzan, and Gora stations were so convenient. The hotel room was big and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The onsen was very relaxing and doesn’t need a reservation. W"

"Hard to get around without your own vehicle;hilly and not walkable. Also, I had a course dinner at Fuji restaurant which was poor at best and there was no other option. The lodging and the service by the staff was great though. "
