"If you go to Kuala Lumpur, you must stay at this hotel!!! Walkable to KLCC Suria mall through the convention centre & tunnel. You don’t have to go out!! Unobstructed view of the Petronas tower and it’s just beautiful!!! Very friendly staff and super clean!!! "

"I stayed in the IHG hotel in Sanya, China many years ago. I had a great experience there. I booked IHG Kuala Lumpur hoping for the same. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel design was quite outdated. The room was wet with high humidity. The bedding felt wet, the paper felt soft and wet. The large bathroom had a small shower, the vanity was old and had stains and broken decor. The lighting was inadequate. I hope an interior overhaul is underway. "

It is still ok now but one can see it will run down in the near future, b. Sitting areas in the lobby needs improvement and more comfortable seats. c. Overall renovation is needed."
