「Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool. Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.」

「We stayed at La Siesta for 5 days and had an amazing time. The rooms are lovely and clean, great food options and the service/staff were so accommodating. Would like to say a big thankyou to Patricia on reception who ensured our 2 rooms were located close to each other for convenience. 」

「wifi無料なはずでしたが、回線が混んでるだのなんだの言って パスワードを教えてくれず、結局使えませんでした。 朝食は普通のブッフェ。 全体的に古い印象でした。。これで4つ星ホテルっていうのが信じられません。 3つ星が妥当な気がします。 チェックイン時にサンドイッチ、水、果物、ジュースを頂きましたが、 冷蔵庫がないので、保管できません。テネリフェは暑いのに。」

「The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options and a pleasant dining area. The beds were very comfortable and spacious, and the balcony offered a lovely view. The hotel's location is excellent, with a big supermarket and local market nearby, and it's easily reachable by public transportation (less than 10 minutes to the station). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. However, there was no minibar, and water was only provided on the first day. The toiletries in the room were minimal and...

「We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic room.」

「Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time.
