"Very family friendly hotel. Very spacious rooms per Japanese standards and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of variety at breakfast. There is a play room for young children. The hotel is close to Disneyland and less than 5 minute walk to the train station and supermarket. Easy location to get to all parts of Tokyo as it is only a few train stops away from Tokyo station. "

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"Our room was snug, but well-appointed and comfortable. Slightly scratchy sheets, but soft bedding. Breakfast was terrific, and the bar downstairs had a friendly vibe, serving a nice selection of microbrews. We were there on a Friday night and the place was buzzing.
