"Good and convenient hotel in Okubo just a few steps from a JR line and not far from Shinjuku. Management was very friendly and accommodating, and hotel has a small kitchenette with amenities, plus it's located next to a grocery store. Room is a little small and beds and pillows are very hard, but this is typical for Japanese hotels."

"This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This property was perfect for our last night. Close to station, restaurants, sky tower and Tokyo plaza. Central 5-10min to all shopping. Fantastic little cafe downstairs and helpful hotel staff that allowed for an early checkin which was most appreciated as hotel checkin time is usually 5pm which is quite late. However the 2pm checkout was perfect. I did discover afterwards that our booking included breakfast. (My fault for not reading fine print but was also not mentioned by staff in check in...

"We absolutely loved the Century Southern Tower Hotel! We stayed in the Panoramic Kind room with a city view and were stunned by the views. The room itself was bigger than expected by Tokyo standards and the hotel is located very conveniently between the Shinjuku and Yoyogi metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!"

"Overall had a great experience at the Mitsui garden hotel !!! Loved the location easy access to trains! the photos make rooms look more spacious than they actually are so if you want good space go for more expensive rooms but either way can’t recommend this hotel enough "
