"Second time at ANA Crowne Plaza, overall satisfied with the service and stay, with the only exception of air-conditioning. Same issue as the previous stay, not being able to control and lower the temperature, locked at around 25 degree, which is relatively warm (to me). "

"We shared 260 sq.ft.space, nice view of streets and city. Hotel located in the Cocono Susukino Complex on the 7 floor. Supermarket in basement, Bakery above excellent, 3rd and 4th over 12 dining options, 5th had Movie Complex. Their breakfast buffet was awesome. Space is key, bathtub 4.5 ft perfect for someone 5ft 2 and smaller and only 1 small dresser drawer to put clothes. No room to open big suitcase or storing on the side.
