"The location is everything. Being so close to a station with good access is wonderful. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Very well placed hotel in Roppongi. Access to two the Oedo and Hibiya lines. Hotel is quite new and worth the stay. "

"Very good location, staff was great, and property was clean. We knew the room would be small, but it was still surprising how very small it was. Reminded me of a cruise ship room. Positives definitely outweighed this though."

"An affordable price. Close proximity to Ryougoku station which is both a JR and metro stop. Good options for eating all around station. Next to a museum (when it finishes renovations) and Ryougoku stadium. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lawson inside hotel which I believe is 24 hours. Has an “onsen” on site. Only real qualm is the elevators. There will be a wait during busy periods."

"This is my 2nd time at this location. The room we checked-in had an obscene odor that kept us awake all night. We tried to identify where the smell was coming from by sniffing around but couldn’t locate. Finally around 4 am, we called the front desk to request a room change, which they kindly accommodated.
