"Convenient location, JR and Metro Stations are all within short walking distance. I book the private room for the family of four, room was quite spacious ( in Japanese standard) and clean with very nice amenities. Breakfast was optional and quite nice for additional $620Y. Staffs are very friendly and all conversant in English. We enjoyed our stay and is recommended if you are budget traveling."

"Clean, there is washing machine in the room so it’s very convenient to wash clothes. Room is abit small as there isnt enough space to open up our luggage. No TV channels at all so you have to pay if you want to watch movies. Quite a few convenience stores around the area and is just right outside tsujiki market which is very convenient. "
