"Staff were so friendly and helpful, there's a great restaurant and bar for which we were given a voucher for one free drink and theres a common area with a billiards table and smoking area on the 7th floor. The room was a bit small, with little room for our luggage. There was no TV and the bathroom was shared, though it was very clean. The location was great and very close to where we needed to be. "Staff are useless if you raise any concern. If you're interested in feeling safe during your stay, they will provide no help. I went to the desk regarding a security concern I had and they just shrugged their shoulders. If you're staying here, keep in mind the desk is just there to provide you towels. They do not care about you. "
