「We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.」

A beautiful deck with bbq and comfortable seating. There’s a separate structure/studio which has a queen sized bed and heated flooring. The grounds are beautifully kept with extra sitting areas. 「We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and...
