「I slept so sound and rested great. I never sleep late and the setting in the room was so quiet and dark I finally got to sleep late for once. The pla e is beautiful and very convenient with free shuttle to main tour strip. Only thing went wrong was the overcharge to my card for the parking that was included with my VIP status with Expedia. 「Everything was outstanding. Location was great. Room was clean. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were very pleasant. The young lady working the bar was outstanding as well. We really enjoyed our stay」

「The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE and not able to accomadate ANY of our request. The walls are paper thin, we could hear kids runnig on the hallways at 6 am and screaming in their rooms. So much for peaceful getaway. Won't go back even though the area is so beautiful. We will try another place next time.」

We had to wait to check in at the front desk for about 15ish minutes because no front desk people were present… When they walked in it looked like they just took a walk on the beach or dipped their feet in the pool because they were carrying their sandles and pants were rolled up.
