「Hotel was good for overnight stay. Room was clean, day clerk was fast, courteous, and helpful at check in」

「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「This place was better than I expected and was amazing at the same time. From reservation to check out, the communication requires to make me feel comfortable visiting a new location was wonderful. Every question was answered clearly and visuals provided to help me follow directions clearly. The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The pictures did not do it justice. 「We absolutely loved this loft! Huge open area. Very nice decor. Great views of The Tremont and downtown. So convenient for walking to restaurants, The Grand, Tremont House and the harbor. Beds were comfortable and linens nice. Very clean also. Will definitely be back!」

「The apartment is in very good condition and clean. In a very nice complex and area. It is in a third floor and there is no elevator but the stairs are not steep.. I will definetly come back. 」

「Very nice inside. Our only complaint would be that someone should possibly blowoff the front entryways from the tree debris…it gets tracked into the apartment every time you go in.」

「Door was hard to open… handle had to be moved and held in a specific way in order for the door to unlock… sometimes it would take 7 or 8 tries to unlock it. Washer and Dryer’s in the room are junk. Washer didn’t spin half the time and the dryer made an aweful clanking noise… making it impossible to dry laundry and get some sleep. 」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Lincoln is located in the heart of Marfa and is great home-base for trips to the McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. My room was a great combination of city cool and desert chic. It's just around the corner from all the must see spots in rhe city. Wull stay there on .y next visit. 」

「Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day...
