「We had just arrived in Perth and were nervous, but they were very helpful. The gardens were very nice. We had a clean room and a delicious breakfast which made us feel relaxed. Thank you.」

「Both the owner and the guests were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. Many of the guests were elderly, creating a calm atmosphere, and I could sleep well at night. There are facilities such as a theater room, billiards, and a pool, allowing guests to relax all day long. Breakfast includes various types of bread, yogurt, cereal, jam, milk, juice, and more. 「今回は、２回目のパースでした。夫婦二人でしたので、コンパクトな宿を探してパームスB&Bに決めました。ここに滞在を決めたことは、とても良い選択でした。テレサさんは、とても親切だしご主人も楽しい人です。立地条件も素晴らしいです。パースシティーまで、近くの駅からたった４駅です。すぐ近くにショッピングセンターもあり、よく利用しました。特にレンタカーを使って移動する人には、利用しやすいと思います。私たちもスワンリバー、ピナクルズ、フリーマントル、その他国立公園やビーチなどいろいろな場所を訪れることができました。テレサさんがお勧めしてくれた公園も素晴らしかったです。それから、朝食の時、そこに泊まっておられるほかの旅行者の方とのおしゃべりも楽しいひと時でした。また、次回パースを訪れるときにもお世話になりたいと思います。」

「都心から4駅も離れてて、なにかと不便かなと思っていましたが、最寄りの駅まで徒歩3分ほど、大型スーパーまで徒歩10分！ この立地で閑静な住宅街！ 台湾人のオーナーさんも色々手助け等していただいて非常に助かりました。 ただ朝食、洗濯がちょっとお高めでした。」

「An average Airbnb at best. Apparently breakfast included but nothing to be seen apart from a fridge with a passive aggressive note on it about not touching food that isn’t yours. The single towel was so old and thin, I thought I might tear it drying myself. No reception, just had to ring and wait for someone to unlock the door and take me to my room. Bed was comfy but the sheets weren’t properly cleaned. If it was an Airbnb, it’d have been average but to call it a hotel is a joke. 」

「I usually stay at Quest Midland for work and am very happy with the hotel. However this time I was disappointed because the hot water was a bit iffy and there was a guest on my floor with a child who was awake and screaming all hours of the night. And I mean, playing in the hallways of the hotel and yelling, slamming doors etc. Bit of a shame really. 」

「Central location, neat and cosy unit for a longer stay. Bring an extra blanket as provided ones a quite thin. 」

「Beautiful large apartment next to golf courses surrounded by winery’s. The staff are lovely however the cafe could provide higher quality food and they’ve missed a trick not serving local wines. The kangaroos all over the place made it a special place for us to stay.」
