「Stay 2night 3days at this hotel. Room is clean and furniture is made by real wood which feel so comfortable. Bathroom is very clean also and hav a beautiful bathtub. Room interior is very nice. Feels like u have a very nice second house. Breakfast is amazing and eat at garden view restaurant. Fresh Indonesian fruits also taste & looks very good. Dinner, they can give me the choice spicy level. So, I was fully satisfied. 」

「デラックスバンガローに滞在。 部屋はサイトの写真通りでした。 予想外は激しい雨の時に雨漏り。 （翌日直ぐ修理してるが直ったかはその後激しい雨が降らなかったので不明） 風が涼しいときはとても快適。 嵐の来る前後は一気に蒸し暑くなる。 室内は3台扇風機がありフル稼働。 夜も窓全開で寝るので周囲の音も良く聞こえる。 隣の部屋の音はそれほど聞こえなくて良かったが、ドアを強く締める音は響くし怒鳴り声も良く通る。 海は岩が多いので午前中の満潮時の方がエントリーし易い。 魚が沢山見れた。」

「初めてのパレンバン旅行でしたが、快適に過ごす事ができました、リゾート地や観光地ではないので、ホテルも少し心配でしたが、部屋も広くアメニティも充実していました。掃除も丁寧にされていました。買い物も徒歩圏内に大型ショッピングセンターがあり、便利です。小さいペットボトルの水は無料だと勘違いしていました。デポジットで15000円ほど支払いがあったのは驚きました。後、せっかくのベランダに椅子などが何もなかったのは残念でした。でも、次回パレンバンに来たときは、やっぱりこのホテルを利用させていただくと思います。いろいろ親切にして頂きありがとうごさいました。」

「Front desk staffs could not confirm my payment completion because Expedia had not informed that I have already paid by credit card. They need the confirmation but in vain. We spent more than 1.5 hour at the frontdesk for check-in. Finally I had to agree to pay a deposit till the payment is confirmed. What is worse, it happened on not only me but my colleague. 「The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage.」

「The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! This hotel is totally outdated! What shown in all the website is not even near the ambience It had. I’m totally disappointed for a hotel that claims to be 4star.
