「Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. 」

「The host was super responsive, and check in/out was very easy. Clean and cozy, this was perfect for just me visiting some friends in Venice Beach. Waking up on the water and watching sunsets from the boat was magical! And it’s a great deal too! Would stay again.」

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! 「Place was an awesome stay couldnt have asked for a better room the only no good thing is the parking was limited and we parked down the street and well we are teenagers and it was a group of 5 of us and sadly we got banged in by gang member and a pistol was flashed at us beside that it was a good stay !! Know the area before booking lol ! 」
