「Very pleasant house. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint, those stairs (puff,puff). I probably missed that detail in the description. I would highly recommend, it’s hard to find reasonable places in Ballard.」

「The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. We had several day trips and cancelled two of them to make more time at the house. We had fun diving for sand dollars, looking for oysters and digging for clams. The kids loved the kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. The sunset was pretty every night. We saw sea otters and seals. The house is ten minutes from groceries and gas. You want to have water shoes as it is a rocky beach, but we knew that from the pictures. We really loved Magic Hour!」

The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, there are plenty of outdoor spots to hang out, not to mention quick drives to downtown, and the views of passing ferries and seals never got old :)」
